I set up this account so long ago that I forgot what I put as a secret question to "What is your favorite past-time?" How can I just put in my personal information to get back into my email? I just changed my email address a couple weeks ago and I cant remember what I changed it to. PLEASE HELP!! I use that account for my business. Thank you!
I had to set up another email b/c I cant remember my password. I also can't rememeber my secret question. HELP
You need all that original personal info to get the account back Yahoo will not listen to you without it
Reply:Well if it is through yahoo then good luck, I forgot my password and secret question as well and they will not let me back into my old email account, so I had to start up a new one as well, good luck.
