Reply:This procedure works with Windows 2000, Windows Server 2003, and Windows XP. I haven't tried it on Vista.
First, you need UDP Port 123 open on your firewall.
You must be connected to the Internet.
Open a command prompt by clicking start, run, then enter CMD in the box and hit enter
Enter the command net time /setsntp:server list
Replace server list in the command with the Internet address of the time server you want to synchronize with.
For a list of time servers, follow the first link below.
Note that all time servers do not allow access to the general public.
As an alternative, you can install a program called D4 Time. See second link
Reply:Check big ben ;] ( If your in The Uk)
Or Just go to http://www.timeanddate.com/
For anywhere else in the world including The Uk,

If thats why you want it, Its very precise :]
Also you can just select a time zone on your computer by double clicking the clock on the bottom left, Also click internet time. And syncronise with one of the websites provided :)
