How does a player expand in lineup availability? When set as a SF, but is playing as a C.?

I am looking at a player who is only available as a small forward in my fantasy league. He has been playing at the center position.

I'm not sure what the minimum is, but there is a minimum amount of games they have to start at a position before they are available in that position for fantasy. Its just like in baseball when a SS plays 3b sometimes. They have to start at that position so many games before becoming eligible. Check your League Settings.
Reply:I think the player has to start 5 games at the position.
Reply:Usually the player will get eligibility when he either plays 10 games at that position or if he starts 5 games at that position, this is for Yahoo fantasy basketball

Other websites that offer fantasy basketball might have different eligibilty rules, so check around and ask other managers if they know your leagues position eligibilty rules
