If A, B, and C are sets, prove that:?

C \ (A or B) = (C \ A) and (C \ B)

If A, B, and C are sets, prove that:?
That does not look too right. Check it on a Venn diagram.


I'm assuming that or means union;


and means intersection.





C \ (A u B) = C\A u C\B


and C\(AnB) = C\A n C\B
