How can i set up another email addy without a credit card for verification? i ask b/c i don't have one.?

If you need the credit card verifaction because the email address is for someone underage then you can either borrow the card from a trusted friend/family member - if it is for verification then the card will not be charged. if that isn't an option, you can do what so many other people have done and lie about the age I guess.
