Can I set up a new email address on this p.c. If so how do I ? Thanks?

Hello,

(ANS) The answer to your query is YES! %26amp; No!, let me clarify this. An email address is the product or creation of your ISP %26amp; their email system depending upon the kind of servers they are using.

So it really depends who is your internet service providor, for example if your ISP was BT then your email address that comes supplied with your account would be some thing like username@bt.co.uk or perhaps username@bt.com

**It is possible to have a customised email address if you have your own internet domain, I have for example a website with its own domain name and email address for example info@proctitispages.co.uk

**DONT however confuse an email address with your computers email program and your email account. You have to setup an email account within your program such as outlook or outlook express. This email account has to be setup so you can send %26amp; receive emails from your computer.

**YES! you can have multiple email accounts within your email client program (outlook or outlook express) but you also have mutiple email accounts with more than one providor.

**No! you cannot create mutiple email address's on your computer but you can create mutiple alias through your ISP, so you could have for example jeff@hobbies.co.uk and also have fishing@hobbies.co.uk, accounts@hobbies.co.uk and so forth.

**Setup or add alias's either through your ISP's website perhaps they have a control panel or tools for this task or alternatively contact their technical support for help with that.

Hope that helps?

Best Regards

I am not arguing with the previous answer; but simplified the answer is yes! If you mean Yahoo mail, you have to sign out first, then sign in as a new user, creating a different ID.
Reply:yes - simlpy sign up for a Yahoo or a Hotmail account with a different username.
