Trying to set up an e-mail a/c with insurance company.?

Anyway I'm sure this is gonna sound fairly stupid to most but.............

The Account wizard on my computer is asking me for the name of my incoming and outgoing servers and whether they are POP or IMAP. How do I find this out. Help!!!!!

Trying to set up an e-mail a/c with insurance company.?
You would need to ask the mentioned company to provide you with your email acount details and their EMAIL SERVERS details. You would need to configure the POP server, the SMTP server the USER NAME and the PASSWORD. The insurance company must instruct you on what information to enter on each of the above.
Reply:I don't understand. Are you trying to get an email address like KBKIDZ@stateFarm.com? Why?
Reply:POP3 server is your incoming mail server that mean server in insurance company. ask them for it.

the basic is u can get a pop3 from place where your email came from.

SMTP is outgoing server. need to send out your email.this one is your ISP server. you should ask your ISP (internet service provider) for it. they will provide for you.
