Creating budget in tally is a lengthy process to explain here. But some steps can help you. To initiate things first thing you have to do is enable Maintain budget %26amp; control option in F11 features. After putting it to yes you would see new items in Accoounts Info menu. And that item is budget. Press it and define budget with the help of ledgers involved in it.
You can check the budget with the variance.
Too put a limit on ledgers again go to Accounts Info then ledgers and there you would find a item ledger controls ( in multi leger) menu. Press it and set the limits.
