What temperature do you set your Air Conditioner to at night, and what region do you live in?

I'm trying to find out about what temperature to set the A/C to at night. We keep ours around 72, but my wife still thinks that it's too warm.

What temperature do you set your Air Conditioner to at night, and what region do you live in?
We keep ours set to 72 degrees during the summer, and that seems about right to me. We live in North Georgia (USA).





But, being a wife myself, I think the best answer to your question is to set it to wherever she's comfortable. ;)
Reply:I live in Tampa Fl and i usually turn my AC off at night, and just run my ceiling fans, keeps me comfortable
Reply:I will trade you my wife for yours. My wife thinks 74 is about right. Our air conditioner is the Shademaster Locus on the south side of the house.
Reply:I would freeze at 72. We keep our air at 76.
Reply:I live in Northern Florida, and I keep mine set at 76 during the day and 72 at night. Being real humid here, it makes it nice!
Reply:We keep ours on about 76 . It does get to hot for us too!!!Try 70 or 68!!!! We have an older house so it is always too cold some rooms and not warm enough in others!!!! be blessed! bye Too we live in the Mountains of North Carolina.
Reply:uhhh... since its still winter I keep my A/C turned off right now.
Reply:Ours is set at 70 during the day and 72 at night. We live in Birmingham, AL. ***And, those numbers are based on summertime. Right now, we are not using the air or heat b/c the weather is so crazy.
