Just bought windowsXp and now I can't bring up my old contact list in yahoo messenger I used to have a little icon that I could press and yahoo or yahoo messenger would come up. Tried downloading messenger put took 4 hrs, and it still wasn't complete. I have dail-up PLEASE HELP ME How long should it take. what am I doing x. It's likely under my nose but I don't see it. Set up on new P.C.?
Try uninstalling what you have done and then reinstall. You won't have your contact list though, since it was specific to your other opertaing system.
