i am thinking about starting an adult website/filmcompany i cant find any info on if its legal to reside in N.C. when doing this. does any know about this stuff? please help if u can and help me solve this issue.

I think that if prostitution is not involved in any way it may be legal but it is NOT legal to distribute or sell pornography in any way. You are in the Bible Belt there. You will be asking for trouble when people find out.
People who do this professionally have teams of lawyers and do it in California where they can get away with it. In N.C. you would most likely have them throw the book at you and lock you up for twenty years. Find some other way to make money or move to California where there is more liberal thinking.
Reply:i dont know if u can or not but i live in NC and we do have stuff like sex escorts and adult stores and things like that so i cant see why not but please be careful cause we r into the bible and worry bout God stiking us for some things
